Riding Lessons

Instruction in a supportive, team atmosphere creates confident, competent riders.

At FFEC we believe that riders cannot learn unless they feel safe, supported, and valued. Whether the goal is competing at United States Eventing Association horse trials, or simply learning the basics of horsemanship, our knowledgeable and patient instructors focus on measurable progression of our riding students’ skills in a fun, supportive environment. We believe that every rider has their own learning style, and we cater our instruction to the individual needs of each student. We are committed to ensuring that riders here at FFEC reach their goals, but we recognize that the riding journey will be different for each person. While some riders prefer to be “pushed” outside of their comfort zone to progress, others may need patience and encouragement to improve. We strive to help our students become better riders who are balanced, strong, educated, and in harmony with their horses. By developing confident, happy students that ride with solid skills created through excellent instruction, we can help riders attain any goal. Here at FFEC, we value respect, kindness, and a true love of horses. Although most of our riders actively compete in horse shows, we believe in the importance of the riding journey!
